Kazawallet Visa Card Terms

Please read these Kazawallet Visa Card Terms carefully before applying for, activating, topping up, or using the Kazawallet Visa Card.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the Kazawallet Platform in relation to your use of the Kazawallet Visa Card Service.

The Kazawallet Platform is operated by KASROAD LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with company number 16721888.

Kazawallet is a technology platform and is not a bank, financial institution, payment institution, card issuer, or licensed custodian.

The Card Service is provided or facilitated through third-party card service providers, issuers, payment processors, BIN sponsors, payment networks, or related third parties, depending on the card type, jurisdiction, and applicable regulatory framework.

By applying for, activating, topping up, or using the Kazawallet Visa Card Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the general Kazawallet Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and any additional terms, restrictions, or policies imposed by third-party service providers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not apply for or use the Card.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

Card or Kazawallet Visa Card means a virtual Visa payment card made available to the user through the Kazawallet Platform. Physical cards may be provided in the future if announced by Kazawallet.

Card Service means any service related to the issuance, top-up, use, suspension, cancellation, balance management, or transaction processing of the Card.

Kazawallet Account means the user’s account within the Kazawallet Platform.

Card Balance means the available balance on the Card for payment transactions.

Kazawallet Balance means the available balance in the user’s Kazawallet Account, which may be used to top up the Card or pay fees related to it.

User or Cardholder means the person who applies for, uses, or is issued the Card.

Card Service Provider means any third party involved in issuing, operating, processing, facilitating, or providing infrastructure, compliance, or settlement services for the Card, including an issuer, processor, BIN sponsor, or payment network.

Card Transaction means any payment, purchase, attempted payment, authorisation, decline, refund, cancellation, fee, or other activity conducted using the Card.

Business Day means an official business day, excluding public holidays or banking, payment network, or operational closure days relevant to the applicable service providers.

2. Nature of the Card Service

2.1 The Kazawallet Visa Card is a virtual payment card intended for payment transactions with supported merchants online, at digital points of sale, or through services that accept Visa cards, subject to restrictions imposed by the service provider, payment network, merchant, or country.

2.2 The Card is not a bank account, is not a means of receiving funds from external parties, is not a money transfer card, and is not a credit product.

2.3 The Card does not provide any credit facility, loan, or credit balance. The Card Balance must be sufficient before any transaction is attempted.

2.4 The Card is currently virtual only. Kazawallet may make physical cards available in the future, in which case additional terms, fees, and restrictions may apply.

2.5 The Card is intended solely for payments and must not be used to receive transfers, top-ups, or funds from any external party.

3. Eligibility and Application Requirements

3.1 To apply for the Card, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • hold an active Kazawallet Account;

  • complete the required identity verification procedures;

  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;

  • not be subject to sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions that prevent you from using the Card Service;

  • comply with the general Kazawallet Terms of Service and these Terms.

3.2 Kazawallet reserves the right to accept or reject any Card application at its sole discretion, including for compliance, risk, operational, or service-provider-related reasons.

3.3 You may be required to provide additional documents or information at any time before or after the Card is issued, including information relating to identity, source of funds, purpose of use, or any other information required for compliance purposes.

4. Card Issuance and Activation

4.1 The Card is issued after the application is accepted and the verification requirements, applicable fees, and minimum initial top-up requirements are satisfied.

4.2 Kazawallet does not guarantee Card issuance to any user, even where the user has a verified Kazawallet Account.

4.3 Kazawallet or the Card Service Provider may reject, delay, or request additional information before issuing the Card.

4.4 Card types, currencies, regions, features, and usage limits may vary depending on service availability, the Card Service Provider, and payment network policies.

5. Card Types and Fees

5.1 Kazawallet may offer different types of Visa cards, such as Basic, Plus, or any other types announced in the future.

5.2 The current fees set out below form part of these Terms and may be amended from time to time in accordance with these Terms:

5.3 Additional fees may be applied by the Card Service Provider, payment network, merchant, third-party service provider, conversion systems, or exchange rates.

5.4 Kazawallet may amend fees, limits, card types, currencies, or features at any time by publishing or displaying updates through the Platform, application, website, or any appropriate method.

5.5 Your continued use of the Card after any update to fees or terms is published constitutes your acceptance of such updates.

6. Card Top-Up

6.1 The Card may only be topped up through the Kazawallet Platform and from the user’s Kazawallet Balance.

6.2 The currently supported currencies for Card top-ups are:

  • USD;

  • USDT;

  • USDC.

6.3 Kazawallet may add, remove, or amend supported top-up currencies at any time depending on service availability, service-provider policies, and operational or regulatory restrictions.

6.4 The Card must not be topped up or funded from any external party, external channel, bank account, wallet, other card, transfer service, exchange, or any method not approved by Kazawallet.

6.5 Any attempt to load, send, push, or transfer funds to the Card from an external source, including but not limited to OCT, C2C, Visa Direct, card-to-card transfers, bank transfers, remittance services, external wallets, exchanges, or unsupported payment channels, is a breach of these Terms and may result in Card suspension, Card cancellation, Account restriction, delayed balance return, or permanent Card closure.

6.6 Kazawallet shall not be responsible for any funds sent to the Card from an unsupported external source or in breach of these Terms. Any processing, recovery, or investigation related to such funds may be subject to fees, reviews, delays, and restrictions imposed by the Card Service Provider, payment network, or Kazawallet.

7. Use of the Card

7.1 The Card may only be used for payments with merchants that accept Visa and that do not breach restrictions applicable to the Card, service provider, payment network, or Applicable Laws.

7.2 The Card must not be used for any prohibited, illegal, or high-risk activity, including without limitation:

  • illegal gambling;

  • fraudulent or deceptive activity;

  • purchase of illegal goods or services;

  • services or platforms prohibited by the Card Service Provider or payment network;

  • attempts to transfer, circulate, or withdraw funds through unsupported methods;

  • use of the Card on behalf of third parties without approval;

  • any activity that breaches Kazawallet’s terms or Applicable Laws.

7.3 Any transaction may be declined by the merchant, payment network, service provider, or Kazawallet for security, compliance, operational, technical, insufficient balance, geographic, or merchant-related reasons.

7.4 Kazawallet does not guarantee that the Card will be accepted by all merchants, in all countries, or for all transaction types.

8. Google Pay and Digital Wallet Services

8.1 Some Kazawallet Visa Cards may support being added to Google Pay, depending on the country, device, Google policies, Card Service Provider, and payment network.

8.2 Kazawallet does not guarantee Google Pay availability in all countries, devices, card types, or at all times.

8.3 Use of Google Pay is subject to Google’s terms and policies, in addition to Kazawallet’s terms and the Card Service Provider’s terms.

8.4 Apple Pay is not currently supported and may be supported in the future if announced by Kazawallet.

9. ATM Withdrawals

9.1 ATM withdrawals are not currently supported for virtual cards.

9.2 ATM withdrawals may be supported in the future only if physical cards are made available and Kazawallet announces that this feature is enabled.

9.3 If ATM withdrawals are enabled in the future, they may be subject to additional fees, limits, and conditions imposed by Kazawallet, the Card Service Provider, the payment network, and the ATM operator.

10. Insufficient Balance and Declined Payment Attempts

10.1 You must not attempt to use the Card for any transaction if the Card Balance is insufficient to cover the transaction amount and any applicable fees.

10.2 Repeated attempts to use the Card without sufficient balance may result in declined transactions, Card suspension, Card restriction, or Card cancellation without prior notice.

10.3 Kazawallet reserves the right to take any appropriate action where repeated declined payment attempts, misuse indicators, or operational or compliance risks are identified.

11. Card Security and User Responsibility

11.1 You are solely responsible for protecting Card details, including the card number, expiry date, CVV, login credentials, device used, and any verification method connected to your Account or Card.

11.2 You must not share Card details with any person or use them on untrusted websites, applications, or merchants.

11.3 You are responsible for all transactions made using the Card, its details, or through your Account, unless otherwise established in accordance with Applicable Laws and payment network rules.

11.4 You must notify Kazawallet immediately if you suspect loss of Card details, unauthorised use, or any suspicious transaction.

11.5 Kazawallet shall not be liable for losses resulting from user negligence, sharing Card details, compromise of the user’s device, phishing, malware, or use of untrusted websites.

12. Disputed Transactions and Chargebacks

12.1 You must regularly review Card transaction history within your Kazawallet Account.

12.2 Any unauthorised, incorrect, or disputed transaction must be reported immediately through the available support channels.

12.3 Any claim, dispute, or chargeback is subject to Visa network rules, the Card Service Provider’s terms, Kazawallet’s internal procedures, and Applicable Laws.

12.4 Kazawallet does not guarantee that any dispute, refund, or chargeback will be accepted. The final decision is subject to review by the service provider, payment network, merchant, or relevant party.

12.5 Dispute or refund reviews may take different periods depending on the transaction type, merchant, payment network, and service provider.

12.6 Any amounts, fees, or adjustments related to refunds or disputes may be deducted from the Card Balance or Kazawallet Balance.

13. Merchant Refunds

13.1 If a merchant refunds an amount to the Card, the time required for the amount to appear in the Card Balance may vary depending on the merchant, payment network, and service provider.

13.2 If the Card is cancelled, suspended, or closed before a refund arrives, the amount may be subject to manual review, delay, or special processing by the service provider.

13.3 Kazawallet shall not be responsible for any delay, refusal, or error caused by the merchant, payment network, or Card Service Provider.

14. Card Suspension, Restriction, or Cancellation

14.1 Kazawallet or the Card Service Provider may suspend, restrict, or cancel the Card at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following cases:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;

  • attempted Card top-up from an unsupported external source;

  • use of the Card in breach of these Terms;

  • use of the Card for prohibited or high-risk activities;

  • insufficient balance with repeated payment attempts;

  • additional compliance, KYC, or AML requirements;

  • request from a service provider, payment network, or competent authority;

  • security, operational, technical, or regulatory reasons.

14.2 Breach of these Terms may result in permanent Card cancellation and the Card may not be reactivated.

14.3 Kazawallet is not obligated to disclose details of risk criteria, compliance rules, or the reasons for refusal or suspension where doing so may affect security, compliance, partners, or service providers.

15. Card Cancellation at the User’s Request

15.1 The user may request Card cancellation through Kazawallet’s approved support channels.

15.2 A Card cancellation fee of USD 1 applies and will be deducted from the user’s Kazawallet Balance, not from the Card Balance.

15.3 If the user’s Kazawallet Balance is insufficient to cover the cancellation fee, Kazawallet may delay the cancellation request until sufficient balance is available, deduct the fee from any available or future balance, or waive the fee at its sole discretion.

15.4 The Card cancellation request is usually processed within up to 24 hours from acceptance of the request and completion of applicable fees and requirements, unless there is a security, compliance, operational review, or service-provider restriction.

15.5 After Card cancellation, the remaining Card Balance, if any, will be processed for return to the user’s Kazawallet Account within up to 30 business days, after deduction of applicable fees and subject to compliance reviews, the Card Service Provider, the payment network, and pending settlements.

15.6 The timeframe for returning the balance is not calculated solely from the date of the cancellation request, but from the date on which the cancellation is accepted and all required reviews and requirements are completed.

16. Card Expiry or Replacement

16.1 The Card may have a specific expiry date and may not be renewed automatically.

16.2 Kazawallet or the Card Service Provider may replace the Card, change its details, or discontinue a specific card type for operational, security, compliance, or service-provider-related reasons.

16.3 If the Card is replaced or a specific card type is discontinued, the remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the procedures available at that time and the terms of the Card Service Provider.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1 The Card Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

17.2 Kazawallet does not guarantee that the Card will be accepted by all merchants, available in all countries, or free from errors, delays, declines, or restrictions.

17.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazawallet and its service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, opportunities, reputation, or data resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Card.

17.4 Kazawallet shall not be responsible for:

  • merchant refusal to accept the Card;

  • payment network errors or delays;

  • restrictions or decisions of the Card Service Provider;

  • declined transactions due to insufficient balance;

  • unauthorised transactions resulting from user negligence or compromise of the user’s device;

  • refund or settlement delays;

  • use of the Card with unsupported services, countries, or merchants.

18. Data and Privacy

18.1 Your personal data, Card data, and transaction data may be shared with Card Service Providers, issuers, processors, payment networks, compliance providers, regulators, or competent authorities where necessary to provide the service, comply with the law, or prevent fraud.

18.2 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Kazawallet Privacy Policy, in addition to any privacy policies or data requirements of third-party service providers.

19. Amendments to These Terms

19.1 Kazawallet may amend these Terms, fees, usage limits, card types, or features at any time.

19.2 Amendments may be published or communicated to users through the Platform, application, email, or any appropriate method.

19.3 Continued use of the Card after amendments are published or applied constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

20. Relationship with General Kazawallet Terms

20.1 These Terms are specific terms for the Kazawallet Visa Card Service and shall be read together with the general Kazawallet Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and any other relevant policies.

20.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail in relation to the Card Service only.

20.3 Where additional terms or requirements are issued by the Card Service Provider, payment network, or issuer, such terms may prevail in relation to the aspects controlled by that party.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

21.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory laws in another jurisdiction require otherwise.

21.2 The parties shall seek to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute.

21.3 If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent courts under the applicable law, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply to consumers depending on their jurisdiction.

22. Language

If these Terms are available in more than one language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or difference in interpretation.
