Last updated: May 31, 2026

Please read these Kazawallet Gift Card Terms carefully before creating, sending, using, or redeeming any gift card within the Kazawallet Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the Kazawallet Platform in relation to your use of the Kazawallet Gift Card service.

The Kazawallet Platform is operated by KASROAD LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with company number 16721888.

Kazawallet is a technology platform and is not a bank, financial institution, payment institution, or licensed gift card issuer. The Kazawallet Gift Card service is an internal feature that allows users to create a redeemable code within the Kazawallet Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable restrictions.

By using the Kazawallet Gift Card service, whether by creating, sending, receiving, or redeeming a gift card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the general Kazawallet Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and any other relevant policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create, use, or redeem any Kazawallet Gift Card.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

Kazawallet Gift Card or Gift Card means a digital code created within the Kazawallet Platform with a specified value and supported currency, which can be redeemed once within a Kazawallet Account in accordance with these Terms.

Code or Gift Card Code means the digital code associated with the Gift Card, which must be entered within the Platform to redeem the value of the Gift Card.

Creator means the user who creates the Gift Card and whose Kazawallet balance is debited for its value.

Recipient or Code Holder means the person who receives the Gift Card Code, whether this is the Creator or another person to whom the Code is sent.

Redeem or Redemption means the process of entering the Gift Card Code within the Platform and crediting its value, or its equivalent as displayed by the Platform, to the Account of the user who redeems it.

Available Balance means the eligible balance within the user’s Account that may be used to create a Gift Card in accordance with applicable limits and restrictions.

2. Nature of the Gift Card Service

2.1 The Kazawallet Gift Card is an internal service that allows a user to create a digital code with a specified value from their Kazawallet balance, which can be redeemed within the Platform by the same user or by another person.

2.2 The Gift Card is not an external payment card, is not a bank card, is not a credit product, and does not grant the holder any right outside the Kazawallet Platform.

2.3 The Gift Card must not be used as a method to transfer funds outside the Platform or as a substitute for licensed financial, banking, or money transfer services.

2.4 The Gift Card service is subject to usage limits, security procedures, compliance requirements, risk reviews, and Kazawallet policies.

3. Supported Currencies

3.1 A Kazawallet Gift Card may only be created using currencies or assets that are available and supported for this feature within the Platform at the time of creation.

3.2 Kazawallet is not obligated to support all currencies or Digital Assets available on the Platform for Gift Card creation.

3.3 Kazawallet may add, remove, or restrict any currency or asset from the Gift Card service at any time, based on operational availability, risk assessment, compliance requirements, or service-provider policies.

3.4 The user may not request the creation of a Gift Card in a currency that is unavailable or unsupported at the time of creation.

4. Creating a Gift Card

4.1 A user may create a Gift Card from their Available Balance within Kazawallet, provided that the relevant currency, balance, and limits are available.

4.2 When a Gift Card is created, the value of the Gift Card is deducted from the Creator’s Kazawallet balance and a unique digital Code is generated for one-time redemption.

4.3 The Creator is responsible for verifying the currency and amount before confirming Gift Card creation.

4.4 After the Gift Card is created, the Creator may redeem it personally or send the Code to another person at their own responsibility.

4.5 Kazawallet shall not be responsible if the Code is sent to the wrong person, lost, disclosed, leaked, or shared with an unintended party.

5. Creation and Usage Limits

5.1 The Gift Card service may be subject to minimum and maximum Gift Card values, daily or monthly limits, or limits based on Account level, currency, country, or risk assessment.

5.2 Available limits may be displayed within the Platform or applied according to Kazawallet’s internal systems.

5.3 Kazawallet may amend limits at any time without prior notice, particularly for operational, security, compliance, or misuse-prevention reasons.

5.4 Gift Card creation or redemption may be restricted or refused if the user exceeds permitted limits or if risk indicators or unusual activity are detected.

6. Fees

6.1 Kazawallet currently does not charge fees for creating or redeeming Gift Cards unless otherwise displayed within the Platform.

6.2 Kazawallet reserves the right to introduce or amend fees for Gift Card creation, redemption, processing, cancellation, or value return at any time.

6.3 Where any fees apply, they will be displayed within the Platform or published in the fees page or relevant notices.

6.4 Continued use of the service after fees are displayed or updated constitutes the user’s acceptance of the applicable fees.

7. Redeeming a Gift Card

7.1 A Gift Card may be redeemed only once by entering the correct Code within the Kazawallet Platform.

7.2 Once redemption is successful, the Code is considered permanently used and cannot be used again.

7.3 The Recipient must create a Kazawallet Account or log in to an existing Account to redeem the Code.

7.4 The Recipient’s Account does not necessarily need to be fully verified to redeem a Gift Card, unless limits, currency type, risk assessment, or Kazawallet policies require additional verification.

7.5 Gift Card redemption may be subject to usage limits, verification requirements, compliance review, or restrictions on withdrawal or transfer after redemption.

7.6 Once the Code is successfully redeemed, the redemption is final and irreversible, and the Creator or any other party shall not be entitled to cancel the redemption or reclaim the value, unless Kazawallet decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

8. Sending the Code to Another Party

8.1 The Creator may send the Code to another person outside or inside the Platform.

8.2 The Creator is solely responsible for selecting the Recipient, choosing the sending method, and maintaining the confidentiality of the Code during transmission.

8.3 Any person who obtains the correct Code may be able to redeem it if the redemption requirements are satisfied.

8.4 Kazawallet shall not be responsible for any loss, fraud, misuse, theft, disclosure, resale, or unauthorised redemption of a Gift Card Code caused by the user or any third party.

8.5 Kazawallet advises users not to share the Code through unsecured channels or with untrusted persons.

9. Return of an Unused Gift Card Value

9.1 If a Gift Card has not been redeemed, the Creator may request the return of the unused Gift Card value to their Kazawallet balance through the channels or tools made available by Kazawallet.

9.2 The value of a Gift Card cannot be returned if the Code has been successfully redeemed by any user.

9.3 A request to return the value of an unused Gift Card may be subject to security, compliance, or operational review, and may be refused or delayed if fraud, misuse, dispute, or breach indicators are detected.

9.4 Kazawallet may apply processing fees to requests for returning unused Gift Card values if such fees are announced within the Platform or fees page.

10. No Expiry Date

10.1 Kazawallet Gift Cards currently do not have an expiry date unless otherwise displayed at the time of creation or within the Platform.

10.2 Kazawallet reserves the right to amend the expiry policy in the future for newly created Gift Cards by publishing or displaying the relevant change within the Platform.

10.3 An unused Gift Card may still be restricted, suspended, or reviewed where there are security, compliance, operational, or legal reasons, even if it has no expiry date.

11. Fraud, Misuse, and Prohibited Activities

11.1 Kazawallet Gift Cards must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity, or in breach of Kazawallet’s terms.

12. Security and Compliance Reviews

12.1 Kazawallet may review any Gift Card creation, redemption, or value return for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

12.2 Kazawallet may request additional information from the Creator or Recipient, including identity information, source of funds, or the purpose of the transaction.

12.3 Kazawallet may delay, refuse, freeze, or cancel any Gift Card or redemption if risk indicators, breach indicators, or unusual activity are detected.

12.4 Kazawallet is not obligated to disclose the details of risk criteria or reasons for restriction where doing so may affect security, compliance, investigations, users, or the Platform.

13. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorised Use of Codes

13.1 The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Gift Card Code.

13.2 If the Code is lost, stolen, sent to the wrong person, or redeemed by an unintended party, Kazawallet is not obligated to cancel the redemption, issue a replacement Code, or compensate the user.

13.3 If the Code is successfully redeemed using the correct Code, Kazawallet will consider the redemption valid and final, unless Kazawallet determines otherwise at its discretion following an internal review.

14. Limitation of Kazawallet’s Liability

14.1 The Gift Card service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

14.2 Kazawallet does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, for all currencies, or for all users.

16.1 Kazawallet may amend these Terms, service limits, fees, supported currencies, or redemption mechanism at any time.

16.2 Amendments may be published or displayed through the Platform or by any appropriate method.

16.3 Continued use of the Gift Card service after amendments are published or applied constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory laws in another jurisdiction require otherwise.

17.2 The parties shall seek to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days from the date on which one party notifies the other of the dispute.

17.3 If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent courts under the applicable law, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply to consumers depending on their jurisdiction.
